Admission 2026:
  • Applications are open to all candidates, regardless of CUET-UG registration. However, first preference for admission will be given to applicants with valid CUET - UG 2026 scores.
Admission Eligibility and Process:
  • Applicants must have passed the Class XII Board Examination or any equivalent examination from a recognized Board in India. Students awaiting Class XII Board Result may also apply and must upload Admit Card of Class XII Board Examination. Link for uploading of Class XII Marksheet for those awaiting results will be made available immediately after declaration of Class XII MBOSE results.
  • Preliminary Admission Forms are also issued from the College Admissions Counters /SSC for offline mode.
Documents to be attached with the application form:
  1. Copy of the current year CUET-UG Admit card or Score card if you have registered and appeared for CUET-UG.
  2. Marksheets of Class XII Board Examinations or Admit Card if still awaiting Class XII Board Examination results.
  3. Recent passport-size photograph in civil dress.
IMPORTANT:
Online process:
  • After successful submission of Preliminary Admission Form, applicants should save the confirmation email in which the Application Form No. is mentioned for the purpose of submitting scorecard (only for CUET-UG Candidates), checking the selected candidates list and claiming of seats.
Submission of CUET-UG Scorecard: 
  • Scorecard must be submitted immediately after declaration of the CUET-UG results.
Mode of submission:
  • Scorecard can be submitted either Online through the link which will be activated after the declaration of CUET-UG results on the College website or Offline at the Admissions Counters.
  • Scorecard must be submitted with Application Form No. 
  • The list of selected candidates will be published after the declaration of CUET-UG results.
  • Selected students must claim their seats by paying the first installment fees as per the instructions provided along with the list of selected candidates. 
  • Selected students who fail to pay the first installment fees within the stipulated time will forfeit their seats and other students in the waiting list will be given preference.
  • After payment of fees, students must fill the Final Admission Form and submit it along with all necessary documents in the offline or online mode.

Please Note:

  1. Only female students are eligible to apply.
  2. Application Fee - Rs 200/-. Payment can be made through UPI using apps such as GPay, PhonePe etc...  Pay to stmaryscollege1937@sbi or scan the QR code given at the bottom. Upload scanned receipt when filling up application form. IMPORTANT - Uploaded receipt should clearly show the UPI transaction ID. Else your application is liable to be rejected
  3. For every course you want to apply, you have to fill separate forms and pay application fee separately. For example if you want to apply for Pol Sc and History Major, fill the form twice - once for Pol Sc and once for History.
  4. Only authentic documents either scanned from original copy or downloaded from the Education Board website will be accepted.
  5. Minimum eligibility for Community College Courses is Class XII passed. Fee is Rs 17,500/- per semester
