Important Information on NEHU EXAM 2020

6^th Semester NEHU Exams 2020: Please read the following very carefully

1. As far as possible Students are NOT to answer exams in OFFLINE mode. They are to attempt the exams ONLINE. Only in extraordinary circumstances will students be allowed to come to college to sit for the exams offline. This is for your own safety and the safety of others.

2. Written permission must be sought from the Principal to answer exams OFFLINE.

3. EVS exams will be held only in ONLINE mode with multiple choice questions.

4. Students are to carefully read and follow the Standard Operating Procedure (SOP) guidelines given by NEHU. You can click on the file attachment link on the bottom of this page to download/view the guidelines.

5. Students are advised to upload clear, non-blurry scanned copies of their answer sheets. If using a mobile to click photo of said answer sheets please make sure that you click the photos in a brightly lit area and by holding the phone very steady, on top and parallel to the sheets. Do not to click at an angle. Also make sure that your shadow does not fall over the answer scripts while clicking.

6. Please note that the very few students who will be allowed to answer offline will also have to click photos of their answer scripts in the manner explained above after completion of the exams in the college and upload in the given portal. Therefore make sure you are equipped with a smartphone when you answer your exams.

8. Please note the mobile app works only on Android phones.

9. LOGIN details for the exam portal/app for each student will be shared by NEHU as mentioned in the SOP.

10. As the exams depend on Internet connectivity, students are to ensure that they are adequately equipped on that front.  Also make sure that you keep your mobile phones' battery fully charged before answering the exams.  

11. When you post the answer scripts to the college (address give below), please mention your Honours subject on the envelope. All scripts can be sent in one envelope stapled in separate bunches for each paper.
