Sealed Tenders affixing Crossed I.P.O of Rs.200.00 (Rupees Two Hundred) only along with copy of passport size photograph to be eventually drawn in Standard Format are invited from Registered Class I Contractor of Meghalaya and other reputed Contractors experienced in Building works, for the following works and will be received in the Office of the Principal, St. Mary’s College, Shillong up to 1.00 PM of 9th April, 2019 and will be opened on the same day at 2.00 PM in the presence of the contractors or their authorized representatives who so desire to witness the opening of the bids. (Incase if the last date of receiving tender is a Govt. Holiday, the tender will be opened the following day)

5. Earnest Money: 2 % of the value of the contract. ( 1% for Tribal Contractors) |

Intending Tenderer is advised to purchase the Tender paper @ Rs.7000.00 (Rupees Seven Thousand) only (Non-refundable), from the Office of the Principal, St.Mary’s College, during office hours. |

Tenderer should furnish an undertaking that the work will be done by the Contractor himself/herself. |
